Phantom Elixir, formerly known as Confusion Potion, is the potion that Rogues must have in their inventory in order to use Stepback, Smoke Bomb, and Confuse skills. It can be crafted with Alchemy, can also bu purchased from Potion Merchant NPCs for 50,000 Coins.

Crafting materials
In addition to the following materials, 500 Coins are required to craft a Phantom Elixir.
- 1x Holy Water
- 1x Vervain
- 1x Valerian
- 1x Grape
Patch changes
- Patch 9.5.0 (21 August 2024): Confusion Potion has been renamed to Phantom Elixir. It is now also required for the Stepback and Smoke Bomb skills.
