Used to gather Rose Petals and Dill (as well as plants that can be gathered with Common Secateurs). Increases Herbalism speed and Herbalism EXP by 5%.

Patch changes
- Patch 9.5.0 (21 August 2024): Now guaranteed to be crafted with Weapon Smithing, the level requirement has been increased from 60 to 75, and the crafting materials have also been updated.
