It is dropped from high-level creatures in the Lunaskar Kingdom, Protean Kingdom and Narun Tower, and all creatures in the Haddar Lighlands, Hagard Castle, and Death Valley. It can also be crafted with Alchemy and purchased from Potion Merchant NPCs.
It's used to craft Enhanced Great Mana Potion.
