Hell's Scream is a Unique quality Mace exclusive to the Priest class. It can be dropped from Thunderbreath and Shallow Fever, can also be obtained from Chest of Glory, Celestial Chest, and Golden Jade Chest, and finally, can be crafted with level 40 Weapon Smithing.
