Luna's Flash Rod is a Unique quality Staff. It can be dropped from Thunderbreath, and can also be obtained from Royal Chest, Gold Chest, Elite Chest, Chest of Development and Celestial Chest, and finally, it can be crafted with level 40 Weapon Smithing.
