Ramadan Cloak is a Cloak added to the game as part of the 2024 Ramadan events. While it can be obtained by watching Twitch streamers who have enabled drops on their channel for 4 hours, it can also be obtained by dropping it's box from the Plague Beast that spawns in Death Valley during the event.
