Rare Secateurs is a gathering tool used in Herbalism. It can be purchased from [Supply Merchant] Tarron, but can also be crafted by level 5 Weapon Smithing.
Used to gather Rose Petals and Dill (as well as plants that can be gathered with Common Secateurs).
