Overseer is a Unique quality Greataxe. It can be dropped from Frosthorn, Gor'Khan, Thunderbreath, and Shallow Fever, can also be obtained from Celestial Chest and Golden Jade Chest.

- Added sword defense bonus.
- Increased lightning damage bonus.
- Removed attack bonus against all creatures.
- Added attack bonus against Warriors.
- Removed Dexterity requirement.
