Enhanced Unique Secateurs is a gathering tool used in Herbalism. There is a 10% chance to obtain Enhanced Unique Secateurs instead when crafting Unique Secateurs with level 30 Weapon Smithing,

Used to gather Valerian and Vervain (and lower level plants).
