Axe of Destruction is a Unique quality Greataxe. It can be dropped from Thunderbreath, as well as obtained from Royal Chest, Gold Chest, Elite Chest, Chest of Development and Celestial Chest. It can also be crafted with level 40 Weapon Smithing.
