Piercing Stone is dropped from Xayroth and Paralyzed Dragonkins in Haddar and Hagard. There is also a chance to drop from the Wyvern and Spider Queen in Death Valley; Centaur Chieftain, Lizard Dragon, Cobra King and Bloodspiller in Haddar ve Hagard and Spider Queen in Narun Tower.
