Patch changes
- Patch 9.5.0 (21 August 2024): Now guaranteed to be crafted with Weapon Smithing, the level requirement has been increased from 80 to 85, and the crafting materials have also been updated.
- Patch 9.3.1 (30 May 2024): Required minimum level increased from 75 to 80.
- Patch 9.0.2 (31 January 2024): Required minimum level reduced to 75 from 80.
