Patch changes
- Patch 9.5.0 (21 August 2024): Exceptional Ruby requirement reduced from 3 to 2. Crafting cost reduced from 14,400 to 8,000 Coins.
- Patch 8.0.0 (16 November 2023): It can now only be equipped by the Priest class.
