Reaper is a Unique quality Polearm. It can be dropped from Frosthorn, Gor'Khan, and Thunderbreath, can also be obtained from Chest of Glory.

Patch 10.0.0 (25 December 2024):
- Attack bonuses against Warriors and Rogues increased from 5% to 6% at grade +8, from 7% to 8% at grade +9, and from 9% to 10% at grade +10.
- Level requirement decreased from 70 to 65.
Patch 9.4.0 (17 July 2024): Bonuses updated.
Patch 8.0.0 (16 November 2023): Appearance updated. Added to Thunderbreath, Frosthorn and Gor'Khan's drop list.
Patch 6.0.0 (1 June 2023): Became obtainable from Chest of Glory.
