Vitality Necklace is a Rare quality Necklace exclusive to the Priest class. It can be crafted with level 16 Jewel Crafting.

Vitality Necklace gives the following set bonuses when equipped with Vitality Earring and Vitality Ring (3 pieces):

In addition to the following materials, 12.000 Coins are required to craft a Vitality Necklace.

Patch 9.5.0 (21 August 2024): Exceptional Ruby requirement reduced from 5 to 3. Crafting cost reduced from 24,000 to 12,000 Coins.
Patch 8.0.0 (16 November 2023): It can now only be equipped by the Priest class.
